a tiny apartment in san fran

By 3/21/2013

a few weeks ago, i went to san francisco to help my friend jordan ferney style her apartment for a photoshoot.  ahead of me, i sent a few packages of furbish fun i thought the ferneys might like.  i can't take much credit - literally, i tossed a few pillows around and convinced jordan that antlers aren't scary and boobs can be chic - but doesn't their space look so invitingly collected, lived in and loved?  can you believe it's 500 square feet?!  total!  for the four of them!

  8. I LOVE Jordan's apartment and everything she does for that matter. BUT, (I know I'm such a jerk...) I could never leave piles of my beautiful coffee table books and little sculptures on my coffee table.. My kids would tear that shit up. Her kids are a little older than mine so maybe it gets easier. Does she leave all of her pretty things up all of the time or does she put things away when the kids are in action? I totally get that an apartment has to be styled for a photo shoot. I guess I'm just wondering if her apartment looks like that all of the time. This brings us back to the living with kids topic which gets so old... I am an avid blog reader and as hard as I try it just aint going to look as nice as your lovely apartments. Maybe I just need to try harder.
