  3. I love Jane Eyre, but Wuthering Heights has my eyes rolling double-time. I'm trying to slog through Anna Karenina for no good reason right now, and it's a lot of the same.

Also, it's not okay to get Azealia Banks stuck in your head and walk about all day thinking, "Imma ruin you, c**t!" but it happens to me all the time.

  6. Wuthering Heights is total slog material, and I am an English major! I could barely reread it for my book club. Watch Downton Abbey instead. I hope to stop by your store on my way home from the beach next week.

  7. YES! There is something strangely sexy about Anthony Bourdain. He's such a talented writer, and for some crazy {if not creepy} reason I could watch him eat street vendor food all day. He's at the top of the list for who I'd like to sit next to at a dinner party.

  8. Gah, I love Anthony Bourdain. Great suggestion on the new show; my husband and I watch No Reservations all the time.

On an unrelated note, I'm stopping by Furbish while in Raleigh/CH this weekend! Never been in...super excited.

  9. I'd Do Bourdain. Ok not really, but yes, he's oddly sexy.

Hope you are enjoying NY! So glad we got to have the dinner.

  10. Oh lordy, I've been crushing hardcore on Mr. Bourdain as well. Something about that snarky, antisocial attitude pulls me in!

P.S. I attended your panel in Vegas and it was awesome. Super helpful info!

  11. I picked up Wuthering Heights last summer when the bookstore I was at didn't have Jane Eyre - mistakenly hoping that one Bronte sister would do in the place of another. But good God, Cathy and Heathcliff deserve each other!
