beach memories
i love this project i discovered while browsing completely coastal - the artist is macrina busato, and every summer holiday she collects 'specimens' with her family and brings them home to frame as memories. i just love the tiny details.

My house is shell-palooza. I usually bring a handful of shells and sand back from every beach trip...love having them sitting around the house to remind me of different trips. It's starting to look a little weird...seeing as how land-locked we are!
This is so incredibly beautiful, and even though they're super personal, I could easily imagine buying them at a yard sale as art. Need to do something like this with all my concert ticket stubs!
