I haven't been back to the dash since college, but here are my suggestions:
Graylyn, Millenium Center (I've been there for concerts, but I'm sure it would work since it's kind of a blank slate), and there might be somewhere in Old Salem that would work.

i'll be moving to winston-salem sometime this year to be closer to family. i'm also going to plan a wedding this year too, so i'm interested in all the recommendations here.
