I can't see the detail but it looks like mashrabiya. It was originally used to cover windows in Egypt and is now mostly used for decoration. If you do a search you should be able to find plenty of vendors.

Do you have any architectural salvage yards around your parts? If not you can also try http://www.architecturalartifacts.com/store/ it's an architectural salvage warehouse here that usually has great stuff at all different prices, some of it is INSANE expensive though, so you kind of have to search. Not sure what their online selection is like...good luck!
