I can't believe how much decent furniture you have been able to find & spruce up so beautifully. When I look around my neck of the woods it's nothing but cheap fiberboard junk from the 80's that's falling apart.
I'll take any. The chalkboard paint really revs me up though.

hishouse, that's exactly where i imagined it would go - at the end of the bed. it's perfect for that.
it's a piece i painted, but it's in perfect shape. it came from a hotel!

love the chalkboard paint! We're about to try out magnetic paint in the room-that-has-yet-to-be-photographed. Planning on giving Matilda a bigger surface to play with magnets since the stainless steel fridge doesn't stick. Hopefully I'll finish it in 09... and photograph it shortly after.
