Sooooo very excited for you! Your talents are just bursting off the screen, must be so exciting to see all your sweat equity taking such lovely shape. From a more selfish perspective, I'll say it's alos so nice to hear about some little green shoots, in the daily barrage of bad news on the economy, but it's the ingenuity of people like you that has always pulled this country through.
