I once saw an older man taking a stroll with a Baby Bjorn- type thing strapped to his chest. It turns out that he didn't have a baby in the Bjorn, it was a small dog. I wish I had my camera with me. =(

Oh dear, that is truly weird - not necessarily in a bad way though. I was also thinking like pillow mint, that they might jump out - but maybe they are quite happy sitting on a cool bed of greens. Beats being stuck in a hutch all day for sure.
how funny! just yesterday the cashier at the grocery store was telling me about the 20 lb rabbit his granddaughter has who is litter trained. who knew rabbits were such a popular pet.
