are you throwing a 4th of july soiree? we'll be at the beach, and the plan is to fry whatever we can find - in the big turkey fryer.

A great blog - thanks for letting me drop in. Couldn't help notice that you plan on 'frying' your turkey. I started using The Big Easy oil-less infrared turkey fryer - my family likes it. Safer, easier - less mess!
